If you are a beginner or an advanced athlete who is looking to improve your running, swimming or biking skills, we can help you!
We are more than just a club, we are born from the passion for triathlon and creating real triathlon performances and performers in Romania. If you are a beginner or an advanced athlete who is looking to improve your running, swimming or biking skills, we can help you!
We are also preparing children of different levels for triathlon. Our 2 main goals are: to create a strong group of young triathletes for the 2024 Olympiad and to raise a powerful community of adult triathletes, runners or bikers professionals and amateurs who will continuously improve their results. Our Coaches have the knowledge, experience and the patience to get the best out of you! Just give yourself a chance and give it a TRI!

IronMan Certified Coach
Bachelor’s degree in physical education issued by the Higher Institute of Physical Education „Manuel Gallardo”.
Master in High Performance Sports Training issued by the Higher Institute of Physical Education „Manuel Gallardo”.
Coordinating Coach of the National Triathlon Team of Cuba (2003 – 2013).
Volunteer collaborator of the Romanian Triathlon Federation as coach of the Romanian national triathlon team (2013-2015).
GYM COACHLeonel Carrizo
Graduate of Instituto Educacion Fisica No. 27 “Prof. Cesar S. Vasquez”, graduate of Instituto Superior Particular Incorporado No. 4017 “Immanuel Kant”.
Accredited coach Level 1 IAAF (International Athletics Federation).
Performance athlete, national champion 100m, teacher of physical education.
CYCLING COACHCătălin Mantescu
Multiple national champion in cycling, road and velodrome events.
Founder of the first mountain biking section in Romania.
Vice president and coordinating trainer of Tandem Arena, association sportswoman specialized in sports programs for people with disabilities.
Bicycle mechanic, specialized in quick interventions / technical assistance.
Over 10 years in training and adult training, softskills specialization.
Graduated the Sports Instructor course of FRTRI, in 2017, and joined the Seven Sport team.
SWIMMING COACHBrindusa Cacovean
Graduation from the master’s studies of “Lucian Blaga” University Sibiu, sports physical education specialisations school, Training and performance Swimming coach, CNFPA accredited.
Former performance athlete, holding the titles of “Double national champion and National vice-champion” (2007-2008), after participating in 9 competitions, winning the 50m, 100m, butterfly events, respectively 100m breaststroke.
Experience in swimming initiation and semi-performance for 12 years.

Graduate of the University of Physical Education and Sports UCCFD Manuel Fajardo, La Habana, Cuba.
Former adjunct professor in the Department of Physical Education at UCCFD Manuel Fajardo, as well as methodologist at the relevant Ministry of Cuba.
20 years experience in physical rehabilitation and training of children with special needs.
National champion at the University Games of musical aerobic gymnastics.
Work practice research methodologist, University Extension and National Physical Education.
